Combine Group is operating from its Main Office located at 704 Avenue C, Fort Dodge, Iowa, under the partnership and supervision of Mr. Azzi Bukhari as a Chairman of Combine Group and his wife Mrs. Gloria Bukhari as a Chief Executive Office of Combine Group.

Group has two divisions namely TA Combine and GA Combine. Major projects under TA Combine Division are New Star Non-emergency Medical Transport, whereas major project under GA Combine Division is New Star Liquor & Tobacco Shop.

Both Husband and wife have long professional experience in the similar fields and now they have combined their professional expertise in to their own business named Combine Group.
